7m short HIZ  receiving antenna

50khz to 30Mhz

You need only 5 components for this easy and very flexible receiving antenna:

 HIZ amplifier

GFK mast

7m simple wire

75cm ground rod

12 V via COAX or direct

You have to errect the mast with the 7m wire fixed at it.

Than you have to drive  the 75cm long ground rod into the ground and connect the rod with a wire to the HIZ amplifier.

The antenna wire  connect to the other screw of the HIZ amplifier.

The amplifier need 12 Volt via coax or direct.

I use a small solar panel with a motocycle battery on my field.

Have fun building this great receiving antenna.

In my case I use it for my skimmer,
